What to do on day three of an ankle sprain (AFTL & deltoid ligament) that was not severe but still is painful? - deltoid routines
Sprain uncomfortable if I miss a step and fell. On Day 1, I have no rice. On 2 Day I have no rest, elevate, and put a compression bandage. What's next? I have 4 blocks to go to work every day. Of course, my running / walking program will be blocked at least a week until it heals. Restorative Yoga instead.

Ouch .... we should definitely continue to increase, and (if the ice) which is still swollen ... If you continue trying to use a bandage and pressure-train if you want to help ... In addition, try Limp, move your feet up and down and round .. .. Pain can in this way you can prevent an excessive accumulation of scar tissue, and usually the ankle too stiff
